Text Banking

We're making it easy for you to keep tabs on your account. Once you're set up for Text Banking, you'll just send a text to 39257 and we'll send you a text back with your balance and more!

Text Banking is a free service that allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. Plus, if you use our Mobile Banking app from your smartphone, we can text you too. Use Text Banking to keep tabs on your accounts 24 hours a day. You won't need to sign in and it's just as secure as our other services.

  

With Text Banking, you can:
• Check your checking and savings account balances
• Review recent transaction history
• Receive a number of Text Alerts (available to Mobile Banking app users)
   
How to sign up:
• Mobile Banking App users can simply click on Text Banking from the main menu in your app, agree to the terms and conditions and you're ready to set up both Two-Way Text Banking and any of the Text Alerts you're interested in.
• Non-smartphone users can still sign up for Two-Way Text Banking by calling Client Care at 800-588-6805.
   
Two-Way Text Banking commands:
• Text BAL to 39257—for available balances on all accounts tied to your Online Banking
• Text BAL with the last four of your account number or pseudo name to 39257 to receive your available balance for one specific account
• Text HIST to 39257—for the last five transactions that have posted to your accounts
• Text HIST with the last four of your account number or pseudo name to 39257 to receive transaction information for one specific account
• Text STOP to 39257—to deactivate your alerts and unenroll in the service
   
Text Alerts (available to Mobile Banking app users):
• Daily Balance Alerts (gives you your available balance at the time the alert is sent)
• Monthly Balance Alerts
• Balance Threshold Alert (alerts you when your balance is above or below a certain amount that you select)
• Transaction Alerts (lets you know when specific transaction types take place on your account)
